Core local AI and selected, previously stored documents and knowledge resources can work offline. The system still needs power and functioning hardware. Connected services, live information, and some integrations may require network or internet access.

We select customer documents and reference collections around your interests or work, available storage, content availability, and applicable licenses. Content must be acquired, stored, and updated deliberately. It is not a complete or live copy of the internet, and storage space alone does not make every file searchable or useful.

The assessment recommends models and hardware for your workload, with reasons and tradeoffs. If you choose a custom build, Tech Frog supplies hardware appropriate to the agreed configuration. Performance depends on the model, hardware, documents, and tasks; there is no universal configuration for every use.

Software, models, and knowledge resources are updated deliberately using methods agreed for your offline requirements. That may involve approved update windows or controlled transfer of update files. Support and monitoring are scoped around those requirements; persistent remote access is not mandatory.

Core AI processes your prompts and documents on your hardware without requiring cloud AI processing. Any optional connected service needs its own data-flow review. Customer-controlled local audit logs are separate from outside-provider data processing. What is logged, who can access it, and how long it is retained depend on configuration. Offline does not mean anonymous, universally secure, or free from all logging.

Keep your first email and introductory conversation general. Tech Frog sends an NDA before receiving confidential details for your customer outline. Offline operation alone does not establish regulatory compliance or preserve legal privilege; access controls, policies, and any applicable professional requirements need separate consideration.

You control your hardware, customer data, configuration, and day-to-day operation. Core operation does not require a cloud AI account or subscription. Software, model, and content rights remain subject to applicable licenses. Build deliverables, documentation, and handover are defined in your SOW.

The AI Design Brief includes a personalized research report, system options and tradeoffs, reasoned model and hardware recommendations, proposed interface mockups and customization ideas, and a one-hour screen-sharing presentation. It is entirely remote and typically completed within one week after the signed SOW and payment. The fee is non-refundable; revision terms are defined individually in the assessment SOW.

No. Recommendations are tailored individually and include a lower-cost path and alternatives that do not require Tech Frog to implement the system. You receive useful recommendations even if you choose another provider or implement independently. A Tech Frog build requires a separate SOW; its pricing may be a fixed quote or estimate. The assessment fee does not include, or count toward, implementation.

For agreed Tech Frog custom builds, required travel for on-site installation and training within the United States is included in the quoted implementation fee. Scope, hardware, deliverables, and pricing are defined in the separate build SOW.

No. Choose a documented handover for independent operation or optional monthly consulting and management under a managed service agreement. Support can include troubleshooting, updates, adding knowledge resources, training, and monitoring, as agreed. Its access and delivery methods must fit your offline requirements.
